AI for Magento, with guardrails.

We put AI to work for Magento and Adobe Commerce teams: agent-based engineering, custom MCP servers, read-only admin assistants and catalog content pipelines, all with guardrails.

Magento first

What we do on Magento / Adobe Commerce

  • AI assistants inside the Magento admin for orders, catalog and customers, with read-only safeguards
  • Custom MCP servers that give agents scoped, logged access to your store
  • AI pipelines for catalog content, product data and imagery, with human review gates
  • Agent-based engineering for your Magento codebase, behind the same review gates we use

Everywhere else

And on every other platform

  • MCP servers for ad, analytics and commerce platforms beyond Magento
  • Prompt pipelines your team can run without us
  • Evaluation harnesses that score output before it ships
  • Guardrails: factual constraints, PII handling, audit logs

What AI for Magento looks like with guardrails

The risky version of AI in ecommerce is an agent holding admin credentials. Ours work through a boundary: a custom MCP (Model Context Protocol) server that exposes only allow-listed tools, redacts PII and writes an audit log. Admin assistants answer questions about orders, catalog and customers with read-only access, and anything that changes data goes to a person.

We run the same pattern on our own delivery. Specialist agents draft code, tests and migrations, and engineers review every diff at our review and security gates before anything merges. That's how a boutique team ships agency output, and it's the process behind our Magento builds and replatforms.

In the catalog, AI pipelines handle product copy, attribute cleanup and imagery inside factual guardrails, with human approval, and they're measured against a baseline before they scale. The same scoped access lets agents drive ERP and marketplace automation without touching what they shouldn't. Want to check our code standard first? Our free Magento tools and modules will be public as they ship.

An agent that can't touch what it shouldn't

How we work

Four steps. Written down before anyone opens an editor. The full process →

  1. Scope

One workflow, with an outcome we can measure.

  2. Build

The pipeline and its evaluation harness, built together.

  3. Gate

Human review wherever a mistake would reach a customer.

  4. Scale

    More workflows, the same gates.

Proof, not adjectives

  • Gated

Agent output is reviewed by people before it reaches a store.

  • Scoped

MCP servers that expose only allow-listed tools, with PII redaction and an audit log.

  • Measured

Evaluation harnesses so output quality is measured, not felt.

  • Project

Builds, replatforms, integrations and audits, scoped in writing before work starts.

  • Retainer

A standing team and a monthly budget for development, SEO and content, and platform care.

  • Fractional head of ecommerce

Senior ecommerce leadership, part time: roadmap, vendors, a P&L lens, and hands on the code when needed.

  • Emergency

Hacked, down or bleeding orders. Triage first: a written reply within one business day, then a plan.

Give your team an agent. Keep the keys. Tell us the workflow that eats your week. We'll scope one, measure it and gate it.
