Build · Integrate · Grow · Secure · AI
Ecommerce agency services, every layer of the store.
An ecommerce agency builds, connects and grows online stores. Ours covers five jobs: Build (new stores, replatforms, upgrades), Integrate (ERP, punchout, EDI, marketplaces), Grow (technical SEO, AI search, analytics), Secure & Speed (performance, patches, incident response) and AI (catalog pipelines, assistants, MCP servers). Pick the pillar that matches your problem.
Big stores. Bigger integrations. Zero drama.

01 · Build
Build & Replatform
New builds, rebuilds, upgrades and replatforms, plus product configurators and B2B quoting. We pick the platform after we've read the catalog.
Ecommerce development: every platform we build on, and how to choose between them.
Tens of thousands of redirects mapped for a zero-downtime replatform.
02 · Integrate
Integrate & Automate
We wire the store to the systems that run the business with queued, idempotent syncs, so stock, prices and orders stop living in two places.
ERP integration: NetSuite (REST, SuiteQL, SuiteScript), Sage, QuickBooks and Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- B2B procurement: punchout (cXML, OCI) and EDI with trading partners.
- Marketplace integration: Amazon and eBay listings, stock and order sync.
- Distributor and channel feeds, carrier APIs, LTL and dimensional packing, tax and payments.
- Catalog data at scale: attribute cleanup, bulk repricing with QC, SKU reconciliation.
ERP syncs made several times faster, with silent data loss eliminated.
03 · Grow
Grow
We make big catalogs findable in Google and in AI answers, and track what each fix earns.
Ecommerce SEO services: faceted URLs, canonicals, category pages and Product structured data for large catalogs.
- AI search (GEO and AEO) for Google's AI Overviews and ChatGPT: structured data, AI-crawler policy and llms.txt. This site publishes its own.
- Content grounded in primary sources, not rewrites of page one.
- Analytics: GA4 and GTM implementations, conversion-rate work.
- Ad accounts and Merchant Center feeds: set up or rebuilt as project work, with closed-loop attribution from click to quote, order, ERP and back to the ad platform. We don't run the campaigns.
Organic lead volume up sharply after a technical SEO and content rebuild.
04 · Secure
Secure & Speed
Fast on any platform, and patched wherever the platform is yours to patch. Adobe's lifecycle policy is plain about older versions: “Remaining on an unsupported version puts your store at risk of security vulnerabilities, compliance issues, and loss of support.” For Magento versions Adobe no longer patches, we backport the security fixes.
Speed and security: server response, caching and Core Web Vitals; pen-test remediation, WAF and bot hardening; zero-downtime deploys with rollback.
- Store hacked or down? Triage first, then a written plan, containment and cleanup.
Server response times cut from seconds to milliseconds.
05 · AI
AI
AI belongs where the work is repetitive and a person can check the result.
AI for ecommerce: agent-based engineering systems with guardrails, for your team and codebase.
- Catalog pipelines: AI for product content, product data and imagery.
- MCP servers: AI connected to your ad, analytics and commerce platforms.
- Admin assistants: AI inside the Magento admin, with read-only safeguards.
Our own agents follow the same rule: they draft, an engineer reviews every diff, and none gets write access to your store, payments or customer data.
Magento is home. We're fluent everywhere else.
We've worked on Magento since Magento 1. Magento Open Source, Adobe Commerce and Hyvä themes are where we go deepest, and we've seen every way a store can break. Everywhere else, we build, migrate, integrate and grow stores on Shopify and Shopify Plus, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, headless Next.js storefronts and custom stacks. The platform should fit the catalog, the ERP and the buyers, not our habits.
How to choose an ecommerce agency
Ranked lists of ecommerce agencies lead with review badges. These six questions sort a shortlist by how the work gets done, whether the firm calls itself a dev shop or a digital agency for ecommerce. Ask every firm on your list. Us included.
- Who writes the code? In-house, offshore or subcontracted, and does it change after you sign? Ours: senior engineers, with specialist AI agents drafting. The engineers who read your code before we quote are the ones who ship it.
- Who owns the code and the accounts at the end? The repository, hosting, domain, analytics and ad accounts should be in your company's name, with the agency as a user you can remove. Get it in writing before work starts.
- What can you inspect without a sales call? Public code, a written method, a live page's markup. Ours: the service pages show their methods and cite primary sources, and this page's structured data matches the words you're reading.
- How are releases reviewed? Ask what stands between a developer's change and your checkout. Ours: two blocking gates, code review and security. An engineer reads every diff, and agent output never merges unreviewed.
- What happens after launch? Ask who patches, who monitors and who keeps the redirects. Google's site-move guidance says to keep redirects “for as long as possible, generally at least 1 year.” Ours: a retainer for platform care, or a documented handover to your team.
- Will they tell you not to buy something? Ask when they last talked a buyer out of a project.

Emergency
Hacked, down or bleeding orders. Triage first: a written reply within one business day, then a plan.
Questions about working with an ecommerce agency
How do we choose an ecommerce agency?
Judge how it works, not where it ranks. Ask who writes the code, who owns it and the accounts at the end, what proof you can inspect without a sales call, how releases are reviewed, what happens after launch, and whether it will tell you not to buy something. An agency that answers all six in writing is worth a call.
Who owns the code and the accounts when the project ends?
You should, and the contract should say so. The repository, hosting, domain, analytics, ad accounts and Merchant Center belong in your company's name, with the agency added as a user you can remove. Ask where the code lives today. If the answer is the agency's own account, ask what a handover includes before you sign.
Onshore, offshore or a mix: who will actually write our code?
Ask the agency directly, and ask whether the answer changes after you sign. Location matters less than oversight: offshore and mixed teams work when someone senior checks every change, and fail at the handoff nobody checks. With us, specialist AI agents draft from a written brief, and senior engineers steer, review and own every release.
What goes wrong when work is split across subcontractors?
The seams. When the theme shop, the ERP consultant and the host each own a piece, an order that fails between checkout and the ERP belongs to nobody, and every handoff adds someone who learns your store from a ticket. Ask who answers for the whole order path, and whether that person can read the code.
Agency, freelancer or a SaaS builder?
It depends on how many systems the work touches. A SaaS builder you set up yourself suits a small catalog with standard checkout and no ERP. A freelancer suits one well-scoped job, if someone reviews the code. An agency pays off when the work spans the platform, the ERP, search and security at once.
Do you work on any platform?
Yes. Magento, including Adobe Commerce, is home: we've worked on it since Magento 1. We also build, migrate, integrate and grow stores on Shopify and Shopify Plus, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, headless Next.js and custom stacks. We pick the platform after reading your catalog, integrations and B2B needs, and we'll say so when yours is the wrong fit.
