02 · Integrate & Automate

Magento ERP integration, minus the drama.

We integrate Magento and Adobe Commerce with NetSuite and other ERPs, eBay, Amazon, distributor feeds, shipping, tax and payments, through queued, idempotent syncs that don't lose data.

Magento first

What we do on Magento / Adobe Commerce

  • NetSuite over REST, SuiteQL and SuiteScript, plus other ERPs with an API, in both directions
  • Orders, inventory, pricing, customers and invoices with idempotency keys so nothing ships twice
  • eBay and Amazon listing automation, repricing and order sync
  • Distributor and channel feeds, carrier APIs including LTL and dimensional packing, tax and payments

Everywhere else

And on every other platform

  • The same ERP, marketplace and feed work on Shopify, BigCommerce and WooCommerce
  • Off-the-shelf connectors replaced by faster in-house syncs you own
  • Catalog data at scale: attribute cleanup, bulk repricing with QC, SKU reconciliation
  • Product configurators and quote builders

How we integrate Magento with NetSuite

The usual integration failure is quiet. A timeout drops an order, a retry sends it twice, and nobody notices until the stock counts drift. We build the other way round: every order, stock level and price change goes through a queue with an idempotency key, so a retry can't create a duplicate, and every message lands in a log you can read.

On NetSuite we work in REST, SuiteQL and SuiteScript, and we replace off-the-shelf connectors when they're the bottleneck. The same approach runs eBay and Amazon listing automation and repricing, distributor and channel feeds, carrier APIs including LTL, tax and payments. A new sync runs in shadow beside the old one until the numbers match, then we cut over.

Integrations touch orders, customers and payments, so they get checkout-level scrutiny: every change passes our review and security gates, and their API keys are scoped and rotated as part of Magento security hardening. Clean order data also powers closed-loop attribution from click to ERP, so ad spend gets judged on orders that shipped. Want to see how we write code before you hire us? Our free Magento tools and modules will be public as they ship.

Nothing ships twice

How we work

Four steps. Written down before anyone opens an editor. The full process →

  1. Map

Every system, every field, every edge case, on paper before any code.

  2. Queue

Message-driven design with idempotency keys, so retrying a message can't create a duplicate order.

  3. Run in shadow

The new sync runs beside the old integration until the numbers match.

  4. Cut over

Flip the switch, watch the logs, document what we built.

Proof, not adjectives

  • Several×

ERP syncs made several times faster, with silent data loss eliminated.

  • Queued

Message-driven syncs with idempotency keys, retries and a log you can read.

  • Declarative

Sprawling hand-maintained configurator rule sets replaced by a small declarative rules engine.

Engagement models

Next: Ecommerce SEO
  • Project

Builds, replatforms, integrations and audits, scoped in writing before work starts.

  • Retainer

A standing team and a monthly budget for development, SEO and content, and platform care.

  • Fractional head of ecommerce

Senior ecommerce leadership, part time: roadmap, vendors, a P&L lens, and hands on the code when needed.

  • Emergency

Hacked, down or bleeding orders. Triage first: a written reply within one business day, then a plan.

Get your ERP and your store on speaking terms. Tell us the ERP, the platform and what keeps drifting out of sync. We reply with a plan, not a deck.
